Hey y'all,
I'm a newb with a tough problem...
Right now I have plans to mate a 1UZFE V8 to a A340F bellhousing (5.5"/165 mm deep), then an adapter plate (I have a CAD file ready, ~30 mm thick?) then a R151F trans.
Unfortunately, I'm having trouble sorting out the clutch actuation.
I know the R151F clutch will work with a modified 3GSTE flywheel, but I need to use a hydraulic throwout bearing since there won't be any cut outs for a fork.
The R series and the AX-15 share the same bolt pattern and inside diameter (1.125") in the front bearing retainer, but the outside diameters (which I cannot find anywhere) are different, as are the lengths between certain years. R151F is a 6.5"/165 mm input shaft, while the AX-15 is 7.875"/~200 mm.
What I need to know is the length of the bearing retainer for a pre-'92 AX-15 (the models that had a hydro throwout bearing) and it's outside diameter. And the throw length of the throwout bearing.
The same info on the R151F would be great too.

This is pretty much the only thing holding up this swap because I don't want to buy a bunch of parts that won't fit together.
TIA. And pic below if you don't believe me.
