Shoot! if you had a external roll cage from front to back, I dont see why you couldnt run your lines through the cage!

I don't remember where I saw it but I saw a write up on this using exhaust style pipe running under the truck and plumbed up through the bed.  it was someone who did a Supre 6cyl swap and couldn't fit the radiator up front anymore.  I will post again if I find it.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE
AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

My old 84 had a 350 and I put the radiator in the back plumbed with 1 1/2" upper and 1 3/4" lower using alumanized exhaust pipe.  My buddy owned the exhaust shop and we ran it along the top of the frame mounted with exhaust hangers.  Worked great.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

I have seen the following used, copper tubing, rubber hose, PVC, ABS, HREW tube, DOM tube :smack:, aluminum tube, regular exhaust tube, S.S braided tube, S.S. tube, coated  exhaust tube, and brass tube.

i've seen this done on a lot of desert racing trucks... and all i can say is. it can get expensive with all the AD fittings, Steel braided hose and electric fans..  now with the exhaust tube running underneath it. i myself would use 4130 chromo.. just for extra protection.. maybe on the heavy side but with .120 sidewall hitting rocks shouldn't be a problem..

My friend used exhaust tubing and ran it through his cab on the passanger side. But he took out all of his wiring to the tail lights cause it was his trail rig so he ran it through where it went.
If you have to go "balls deep" you aren't doing it righ
