Topic: Need 3rz ecu

I bought a 2002 3rz from a prerunner tacoma but it had a auto so i need the same ecu but from a manual transmission vehicle. Or if anyone knows the vin from a manual transmission 2002 3rz i can check the price from the dealer.

have you checked all the local wrecking yards in your area ?? they usually seem to have the ones that you need. not too expensive either  ..good luck

Im not sure where you live, but in Rancho Cordova at Rancho Toyota Trucks they have a 01-04 pickup with a M/T and I saw the computer still in it.

I called Rancho toyota trucks and they said they didnt have one. Lilbuddy do you have the part number from your ecu or your vin number so i can order the same ecu as you? Any bodt else know of one?

Thats total BS... THey fully have one.

Actually it may be a 2wd which would make it a 2rz....

If I were you id wait a little longer to get a used ECU because the cost of a new one has got to be a ridiculous price. I will PM you my VIN though.
