Well that must be on the rear, right? if so you need to go up some. now check the front, how much there?

if the bump stops are on the lower a-arm, then its about 1.5-2 inches

then your not as far off as you where thinking at all. heck you could just do air shocks on the rear and be all over it!

















         or, there is a thread in here some where about putting a center coil spring on the back of a runner. looked cool to. check it out before you blow a bunch of $$ or make your truck look  :stopit: I mean realy  :stopit: so  :stopit: looking that if you drive down the street passed lilswampy he'll  :hahaha: :hahaha:

nah, i think im just gonna do the shackles and add-a-leaf, cause my springs are near flat. and i fouind my torsion bars, i didnt know that they were located all the way back by the cat  :smack:

the adjuster is, do keep in mind that the more the spring holds up the less it's going to flex. that was the idea behind the center coil thingy. but for keeping the $ cost down, it hard to beat add-a-leaf  :thumbs:

and also what shocks should i get? i was thinking ranchos but i dont know which ones, im not gonna relocate the shocks for now, i just want some ones to replace the stock :pokinit:

 for some things, not for hauling a load.

  rule of thumb, the more arc a spring has the less it wants to flex. this is a basic rule with lots of oppines on it butt for the most it works that way.  :dunno:

But since your not looking for killer flex (dont really needed to mud) arched leafs are good...If your going to stay on that ride heigth for a while I would get the Rancho RS5000 they are only 40 a piece...plus 300 for my rims thats 460 for a pretty pimp setup :yupyup:

Haha, in total i think i got about $$700-800 for my setup:
2 add-a-leafs-$40
2 "custom" shackles-$60
2 Rancho RS5000 shocks-$80
2 HD torsion bars-$150
33X12.5-10 X 4-$440

$770 bucks, not bad ;) anyways guys thanx for the help, you guys have given some major advice to me, appriciate it!
