that is one whole class!! but on an ifs truck you have all 3 angles caster, camber, toe in that order. caster is the angle the pivot sits at as is you were looking at the truck from the side. you probably are not worried about it. camber is what changes when you adjust your torsion bars, basically is the tire leaning to one side or the other. you want it to be correct. toe is where the tires are pointing as they travel, they could be both pointing in or out.

you first need to know what your truck is doing wrong to know what needs adjustment if you are going to try it backyard. 50 bucks to have it done is not a bad deal really.

you can adjust your tie rod sleeve about a half turn at a time. turn it one way will move the tire one way...etc

you can adjust camber at the lower arm pivot, there is a cam bolt there. the bolt is not the center so when you turn it it will move the position of the arm in, out, up, down. you need to be careful b/c if you move it alot you might end up way off. look at where it is at and envision the pivot of the bolt moving and what that will do to the tire. for example, move the pivot inward and it will move the bottom of the tire in and so the top will be out.

if you do it i would recommend an alignment at a shop but you gotta tell em to not correct ride height. that is one of the first things to check when doing an alignment.
