Topic: Need a stock carb fuel tank

So here's the sitch: I've got a 30 gallon gas tank in my 81 Toyota 4x4. It is too big. I know what you're thinking, "But Will, there's no such thing as a tank that's too big," and I would, of course, agree with you, except, when I am out wheeling, when my suspension articulates, the driveshaft rubs on it. My suspension is stock, and I think on a lifted truck it would probably be no big deal, so does anyone want to trade? Stock for 30 gallons.

I have one from an 85, but not sure if it will fit in the 81. I'm in southern AZ.

An 85 tank might work, lemme do some research.

I have a friend that goes to Albuquerque every other weekend from here in AZ. If you want the one I have (from 85) I can see if he'll drop it off to you.
