'85 Electric Choke HELP!?

ok just about done rebuilding my carb on my '85 pickup and decided to take off the cover for the electric choke to replace the diaphragm and after drilling out the last rivet the cover fell off i now have no idea of the orientation of the springs inside?!? :smack: can anyone help me out with this..... here's a few pics:

anyone know? I think i know how the spring attaches to the arm but does anyone know how much preload, if any is supposed to be on the spring?

set it so the the choke flap is barely closed all the way when its cold, mark where you have it so you can fine-tune from there.

Word, and I'd bet dollars to donuts the choke tab rests just inside the open ended tab on the choke body.
