Whats up with the lack of info on weber carbs?? Theres no offical web site! I am about to buy one form this guy and I just want to cross referance a couple of things before I shell out 300$. What is a good price for one and can someone explain the 32/36 or the 34 carb. According to redline a 34 doesn't exist? Anybody know whats going on? :hammerhead:

last i heard (a couple years back) the Weber plant in Spain had been on strike for like 18mos and Holley (who owns Weber) had no intentions of getting them back to work. They were basically out of business. Whether or not this has changed, I don't know.

I've got a weber solex 34 dgec (the one with a choke plate above only one barrel) on my 81 22r. it's ok, nothing to write home about. It's too rich at full throttle, just right at mid-throttle, and lean at barely any throttle. I'm trying to find jets and tubes and stuff for it, but havent had any luck so far.  :help:

would think either a stock carb or a weber 32/36 or weber 38 easier to get parts for the weber.
