If don right, I'd vote 4-link.
A good day working, that's just sick :reg:

If done right, link will give you much more flex, down side more things to break.

the 4 link will provide more flex, as long as it is designed and built right.  They are more edxpensive too.  The leaves are much more reliable and have less parts to break.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE
AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

If you are asking this question, I hope you are not the one building the link suspension....

A 3 link has 3 links, attachment points from your frame, to your axle. A 4 link has 4. A 4 triangulated 4 link will give you less side to side movement. A 3 link will require a panhard bar. A cross link from your axle to your frame so you don't get side to side movement.

LOL!!!!! if you dont know what flex is you shouldnt be on this thread!!! you can get some pretty knarly flex outta leaves if you do it right and not too expensive! three link and 4 link flexes the best  but you are loooking at alot more denero and more skills to set it up with the right geometry!!!  im gonna build a trianglulated 4link with coils on the 82 and throw 4 inch marlin rears up front....... thatll flex like a champ!
