this thing has been used 2 times. I bought it without the mount hardware but with some fab skills is easy to put on a trail rig. If you bought a mount kit would be nice for a suv. It is weather proof and plastic. I can post up pics for those who want it.

i think he has end caps for a roof rack    but are they round? square? size ?

It is a plastic container weatherproof that holds cargo on top of the roof on a roof rack
