On Board Air

Here are some pics on what I did for my on board air system.

  • York compressor from junk yard
  • old air compressor to use for parts
  • stock 22re A/C compressor bracket
  • 1/4" material for adapter bracket
  • air hose, fittings, filter

 Pics with the tank mounted and plumbing ran.  I ran a switch and a gauge to the dash.  Quick connects to the front and rear. No opening the hood or any other B.S. Hit the switch and pump away. Pressure switch on the tank, engages compressor clutch runs it to 125 psi. then off until pressure drops.
