Feeler" 1995 Toyota 4runner SAS
« on: Feb 07, 2008, 02:48:01 PM »
I was just wondering if anyone whould be interested in a 1995 Toyota 4runner: Located in Victorville Ca.

3.0 v6 Top end just rebuilt less than 20 miles ago.
TG 6" lift kit w/ 1985 Solid Front Axle.
36x12.50 TSL's- 2 w/ 90% tread 2 w/ 20% tread. 1 TSL spare 95% tread.
Brand new Front driveshaft 8" slip built by Hi Desert Driveline.

Would include complete axle rebuild kit including wheel bearings, weld in bumpstops, (4) Marlin Crawler HD axle seals and a TG triple drilled driveshaft flange

Truck runs good (for a 3.0) but it has not passed CA smog. Front axle leaks. Transfer case works while in 4wd although front wheels do not spin. Unknown if it is broken axles or R&P.

I haven't taken it to get smogged yet because I was waiting for the front driveshaft to be built to check the t-case. Also I was told by a smog tech that I would need to get smaller tires for the rear so that they could put  it on the dyno safely. I would need to wait a bit before I could afford those. Basically I wanted to fix the issues: motor, driveshaft, and front axle, before I got it smogged.
