Elocker wiring
« on: Nov 28, 2007, 12:53:10 PM »
OK ive asked this before a while ago. Now Im geared up and ready to wire this biatch up. (front high pinion Elocker) When I asked about 8 months ago there was a couple of schematics floating out there of 2 vs 3 relay versions. Then there was the Inchworm kit. I also remember BigMike said he was working on a better one. I have the lower loom from the dif.

I suck with electricity  :shocking:

Which one is easiest and best?

The schematics you are looking for are on Marlin's Differentials page, there are two links that give all the info you need. I just wired mine using a stock switch & Box, wired the the light leads on the switch so that I don't have to have a separate indicator light. Now the switch blinks while switching states & is ON when Locked & OFF when Unlocked.

It may be a little pricey, but looks like ORS has the easiest way....

www.12voltguy.com is even easier and he can make you a custom engraved switch panel too..  AWSOME Quality and AWSOME service,,  Not knocking ORS,, Nice product but real pricey for what you get.... It is plug and play though like 12volt guys stuff..
