Does any one know if there is supposed to be a vacuum line connected to the idle up diaphragm? Ive checked my FSM, chiltons, haynes, the underhood diagram and have found no reference to one so Ive probably answered my own question. Heres a picture of it in case it helps

Thanks, mine is a California truck but Im not sure if it matters Cal or Federal

Cap it off, that one is for AC idle up

sounds right.. the 83 carb i have came off a truck with AC.
