« on: Sep 10, 2007, 05:07:49 PM »
I just got my second 151f and I rolled it over and gear oil came out of what apears to be a vent hole behind the shifter..  the thing is I never noticed this before but if oil can get out dirt can get in..  is there supposed to be a plug in this or what??

On my 150 there was breathers like on the front and rear diff housings. These were on both the T-case shifter and the tranny shifter. One was a press in and the other was a screw in. I cannot remember which was which. I would worry more about water getting in, not dirt.
