Ya gotta love those phone calls that wtart with "Uhhhhh whatcha doin?  Oh yea thats great ummm Im broke!"  Oh well I was ready to leave work anyway.  When we got to the truck I thought about just pushing it over the edge.  Wouldnt that be like christmas all over!  :santa: Just think you come into work one morning there is a truck with all the goodies trashed in the wrecking yard waiting for ya!  Duals, fuel injection, lift, tires, arb's, 5.29"s, V6 rear, fj80 rear oh yea shoulda pushed it over!!!
Oh well maybe next time

I would say thats a pretty good reason for high steer, but it costs so much.

I think Im too nice.  I just put Marlins hi-steer on his truck thursday.  That wasent a big problem though, I had to steal the steering box off of my big truck cause i hadent gotten him a box yet.  Oh well it gave me a reason to get the lil one on the road again!

Yeh I suppose that would be a good idea considering theres no instructions included with the kit.  When I do the rebuild on my axle Ill do a mini writeup and post it here with the highlights.

Speakin of Hy Ster I have Marlin's steering arms on my truck and I find when the Passenger side is stuffed and the Driver's is drewped (Now I know that spelling just ain't right :headscratch:) My passenger springpack makes contact with the Tie rod. I think if the Tapered hole was not as deep into the steering arm (Passenger side) Itit would clear. Is the such a thing as a conical shim I could put in there to raise the tie rod up about 1/8th of an inch?
Haven't learned to Crawl Yet but I'm gettin ready to!
