there is a guy on ttora that sells them, i think they are way overpriced though... traxman somehting is his name....

i have heard you just get the pin out and drop in a 8 mm bolt, then drill a hole through the bolt for a tiny hitch pin

Its not hard to do.  Cut the hinge pin that is in the hinge, and replace it with a pin of the same diameter that has a hole on one end for a cotter pin.

Or you can just get a bolt to drop in there and put a nut on the end.

I saw a hinge set up at 4Xinnovations.com.  I have been thinking of this as well.  I like the idea of tube doors over half doors as I drive on the highway with the family for about 5 hrs to get to Paragon PA.  The tube doors could be stored in the back until I get there, then I could leave the full doors at the trail head.

Just find shorter bolts and only run two. You can have both doors swapped in under 5 minutes. Less if you have a ratchet wrench and it won't cost you anything and you won't have to build or modify anything.
