You could use them but a very custom 'S' drag link will beed to be fabricated.  This will bring on a mean bump steer problem.  You will be money ahead getting a high steer kit.  I assume you're running a saginaw style PS steup behind the front bumper.  If not you should look into it.

A kit like Marlins is the best, but if your not running late model knuckles you don't have to many options.

4x4labs makes a set of arms that will fit any year knuckles.

I sent my arms to W.   http://www.overthehill4x4.com/index.html    for  80 bucks I had my stock arms heated and bent up to clear the springs. I've been running them for two years now on a dd

YOu wont be able to use the stock arm on the passenger side, you can either have a double arm fabbed (hard to find anyone that will do this...liability reasons) or get a small bolt pattern double arm from aqualu. Or you can do the high steer route.
Be better just to upgade to mini outers and get the larger bolt pattern arms.

As aforementioned the stock arms will give intolerable bumpsteer.  Ask me how I know this.

The next option is the Aqualu double arm on the passenger side.  Better, but still not great.

High-steer is really the best bet and there are many ways to accomplish it.  For a good high-steer set-up you must swap out your knuckles to FJ60 or mini-truck knuckles and brakes which is something you will want to do anyway.
