High Output alternator
« on: Nov 26, 2006, 04:40:00 PM »
Today I went to Oriely's and had them check my alternator and it's bad. Where is somewhere that I can get a high output alternator that will bolt up without any fab work to make it fit, or does anyone make one? Also how much and how much difference would it make?

Make it or break it! (I usually break it)

I have a Wrnager Power Products one.

I used to run the adapted GM one with the external regulator - it was a "tight" fit.

I now run a modded NipponDenso one - plug and play  - sort of
requires and upgraded charge to batt cable (doh)
yeah yeah - still IFS...
