Topic: same wiring harness?

the wiring harness in my 83 4x4 is shot to hell. i picked up a complete wiring harness for a 83 2wd for dirt cheap and i think it will work or at least i can make it work...anyone know if it will hook right up to everything?

Take the hood off of your truck and tape the new harness in place on top of the cowling and fender's and start comparing plug's. When your done do the same thing inside the cab. I have done it a couple time's some match up some dont, some are 50/50 type of deal's. Good luck.

Oh yea the only reason I say to take the hood off is that it is easier to work around and see the whole harness.
