smog law

what is the current year on not having to smog a car.  :dunno:

I also taught him how to put in 5min of hard work and then spend 15min staring and admiring what you have done...

In California I believe it is 1975 and newer require smog, and 1974 and older are smog exempt.

A sad, sad change to the law is that 1975 is a FIXED date. It will NOT be changing ever again unless they amend the law again. It used to change but now anymore. I was holding out with my 1987 MR2, but those days are long gone

In CA, it is 1975 and older.... making 1976 and newer needing to have smog

I too was holding my breathe for the 25 year rolling exemption for my 84.,..    But no more..  :down:

out on 395 near Mt Whitney and Mammoth Mtn area. Look for Yosemite valley, then go due east to Hwy395, then head south on 395.
