my engine is my baby but its also injected... is the injection that much better? ..... it will do 90 no problem probably less then three minutes to go zero to 90...it will do fifty in second gear. 31s and stock 4.10? you can call me a liar but I dont care. but remember, 30k miles on moly rings, torque plate honed block, oversized valves and an RV1 cam. and I have had it up to 100 without fighting for it.... I will see if I can clock my zero to sixty
I also taught him how to put in 5min of hard work and then spend 15min staring and admiring what you have done...
My 80 could do 90 with no problem in 5th might drop to 70 on longer hills but going to Moab it would really bog down. Don't forget the effects of altitude on any engine, the higher you get the less power you will have. I can start out on a trip to Big Bear and have gobs of hill climbing power and by the time I get there I'm wondering wtf? Then I have to remind myself on my altitude and that I've probably lost 1/3 of my power, that may not effect a V-8 as much but a squirrel is out of breath up there.

so with 33's or bigger tires i should get 5.29s or 4.88s
i had her going 112mph in rock springs, wy elevation 6600ft. didnt get a chance to let her loose at seelevel, tranny went . thats with 4.10s and a 32's
