So, haven't really posted much here but been watching to classifieds on this site and every other site in the world for my new truck... finally found it, and it was right in front of my eyes... next door neighbor. Asked him if he wanted to sell as he just got the new honda truck. it's an 01 taco extended cab 4x4 (obviously) sr5 with 60,000 miles and about 5-10 in 4 wheel drive. he's giving it to me for 10k  so I wanted to see if there's a low budget, BUT QUALITY lift (or if anyone's selling theres that'd be great) I could use to get some 33's on there before I can afford to SAS this biatch. no body lifts please....

Fabtech and Rough Country make a couple Coilover front/AAL-shackle lifts for pretty cheap. I bout the Pro-comp 2" shackle lift, and the full Fabtech coilover 3 1/2" with rear aal lift and put it on mine. I have about 3 1/2 - 4" of lift. But, Im also runnin a 1" 4crawler body lift, wanted a lil bit extra clearance for my Toyo OPen Country 33x13.5's.

lets see, the pro-comp lift was bout $160, the Fabtech was bout $200, both off ebay. the body lift was bout $200 off 4crawler.

so stock I can fit 31's right? and with the lift setup you have you fit 33's... the body lift is just for more clearance?

31's should come stock, thats what came on mine. yeah, if you stay 10.5 or even 11.5, you should be fine with 33's and no rubbing with the lift. My 13.5's still rub. And yeah, the BL is for more because of the 13.5's, plus I clocked my tcase, rotated it up out of the way.

I wheeled mine for the longest time with the 3 1/2" lift and my 31's. It amazed people on where I could take it with that set up.

dont know the brand of lift... i have that and a 3 inch body to clear 35" toyos... whatever we would work out i would want your old stuff to put my truck back to stock hight on top of whatever price we work out.
