I have the Sky 1" body lift in my garage right now. It looks to be pretty good and came with full instructions. I'll let you know once i put it on.

Without a doubt, the best body lift that I have seen is made by Roger Brown, of 4crawler Industries. Check it out at 4crawler.com . Very good quality, and a very comprehensive lift, not just pucks and bolts.

Due to poor planning on my part, I ended up with a 2" body lift from 4 Wheel Parts and paid the price.  Basically it was a good kit with decent instructions and one little annoying detail, the bolts didn't exactly fit through all of the retained OEM components on my '85 PU.  I got to spend more time with a hand drill and die grinder than I would've preferred.  I needed the extra space for a V6 swap but after torching the rock bars off and moving them up and overhauling the mounting for both bumpers, I had a lot of time into it.
If it never breaks, people can only speculate how much it was overbuilt.
