Got a new rig and signed up on new forum - hello all.
« on: Jan 16, 2006, 08:36:34 PM »
Picked myself up a new rig this weekend and now have to start all over on what is what.  I was a Jeep guy before and now I have a half-breed crawler.  Some Sidekick and some Toyota and who knows what else.

I see lots of new experiences in my future. :gap:

Just wanted to say hello to everyone since I figure I will be here posting a bit.

Later,
Ed

Well - only have two.  Waiting on the winch rope to show up and get that completed.  Then I will shoot for a shake down run to see how it goes.  Crossing my fingers on the 5.71's and 39 IROK's....

Just a little info:  Toy axles, welded rear, EZ-lock front, 5.71's, Toy case mounted to the Sidekick case, 4-link, fuel cell, cage, and a bunch of other stuff.  If time permits I will get out in the next week or so for a little run.  Have to get the trailer brakes setup on the Jeep first.

Thanks.  Going out now to get the winch completed and the new rope installed.  Have to take it in on Wednesday to get exhaust on and through emissions......  that will be fun.

Welcome!
What is the rear axle on that?
Could you take pics from the back showing the alignment on the pinion/transfer case flange?
