Topic: Auto to manual swap???

Here's the deal I have an 87 turbo 4runner that has a auto tranny. I just bought a 5 speed R151F to swap into it. Is there anything that I should be aware of when doing this swap? Does the ecu have to be changed when I do this swap? any help on this matter would be great thanks in advance... After I blow this 22rte motor up it's going to an 7mgte and I can't wait

Yeah you need to get the pedals, slave and master cylinders, and make sure you have the clutch fork for the transmission. Also you should replace the rear main seal while your at it.
