Pitnam Arm

hey all i am putting a new front axle in my truck that is going to need custom steering. (can't tell you the axle quite yet but will update soon.) i was wondering if there was a way to drill out a stock pitnam arm for a 3/4" hole? thanks

Press out the stock rod end thats in it and weld a sleeve into the arm.  If the sleeve isnt the correct size drill it.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

do i take out the cap on top of the arm to press it out, any more instruction on how to disassemble? thanks
