Lurker Intro

I created a profile a few years back but have just been lurking. Now it’s time to get started on my build. I purchased a 1988 4 Runner stripped frame and body. Plans are Chevy LS, Ford Super Duty axles, Kings in the front with a three link, Tundra springs in the rear, 37‘s and full custom interior.

I have  been involved in the construction trades or fabrication of composites and custom work since I was teen. I’m 46 now. At one time I had my crane operators license, welding certificate, electrical license and CDL. I also worked building experimental air craft that required fabrication of sub systems and composites. I’ve always wanted to build a vehicle from parts picking and choosing what I think is best and most readily available.
