Would that device you used to replace the stereo head unit work with an old ipod (non bluetooth)?

This one is a different variation of mine from the same brand. I'm not sure how loud it will be. I just have mine pushing through 2 little 4 inch speakers in the dash and it's juuust loud enough... and if I'm reading it right it says mine is 100w x2 and this one is 50 x2? Probably worth a shot though!

Thanks. I'm tempted to give it a try. I don't have any room I want to give up for a stereo in my 1980 but I'm sure I can find room for this.
