Hey guys new to posting here but ive been around a while. I have a TDI swapped long travel first gen tacoma with an r150. I was having issues with a pilot bearing failure due to a bad adapter kit. Which brings is to here... I "rebuilt (new input bearing and syncros in first and third)" my trans with the help of a buddy and didnt have any leftover parts after reassembly.. Trans shifts fine in all gears but pops out of fifth gear when i let off of the throttle at 55mph (sometimes) (not an issue before rebuilding the trans)... I feel like i may have put a detent in the wrong location? Just curious where i should be looking when i take this thing apart again... If i need to! (which im sure i do) Just curious if im laying under the truck and look at the three detent locations, which one should be empty? The closest to the ground? Thanks guys this is my first go myself at rebuilding a 5spd.
