Topic: MC 07 XD duel case question

according to PO, he bought off the shelf marlins duel set ups with 4:70 in the rear case. The question is there a way to tell if it was 23 spine between the two cases, or do I need to just pull them apart?

unfortunately you have to pull it apart.  There is no way to tell from the outside.

Unless you can get the receipt from the P.O. and it can give you an idea. Question is to me, if it's a w/g series trans running 21 output why would the p.o. waste funds going 23 in the adapter if he had no plans of later going to r series trans...

I just thought it was best practice to have 23 between the two, or that's the way they would be set up when sold in that configuration
