Worth rebuilding?

So I have this G52. It went bad a few weeks ago so I bought another one and replaced it.

The one that came out of my truck, I'm thinking about rebuilding to sell. What do you guys think? Is it worth it? Here's the damage...

bearings can be replaced.......

It's teeth and bearing surfaces (some of the shafts) you have to worry about...

Agreed, that's the only thing I've seen and Hopefully it's not to bad.
