Hello everyone. Ive got a rebuilt 22/20r motor and was wondering if anyone can tell me if the adjustable cam gear from lce is out of adjustment enough can it damage the valves?

Yes, it can. All it really takes is a couple of teeth off to bend valves, depends on how far it's out. My experience from builders.
