land cruiser high pinion question
« on: Jun 23, 2017, 02:25:08 PM »
Got a land cruiser high pinion 8" elocker with a bad actuator/motor for a steal. I know the plugs are different from tacoma elocker to HP LC, but will the tacoma actuator work on the hi pinion diff? Interchangeable?

Anyone know or tried it before?

Have you tested it off the truck with 12v? You can rebuild them. I believe wits end sells a rebuild kit for them.

It's smashed to pieces. No way it can be rebuilt.

Oh! Well then. That answers that. I can't help you with your original question, but I'm going to guess they are different. The rear 9.5 looked different from my HP 8" e locker.
