transmission needed

i just lost 1st gear in my 1991 4runner. im looking for a used transmission. the engine in my 4runner is a v6 3.4 liter toyota engine. im not excactly sure what year my engine is and im hopeing to learn from anyone willing to help me understand the best and most cost effective way to go about replacing the transmission

Most probably a r150f. These were found behind 88-95 3.0 and 95-05 3.4. Cheapest and easiest be to pull it and find /replace it with the same (used) one

I have a good used complete one out and ready to go.  From a 91 4runner, 5 speed, 180K.  Located in Northern CA.  lamkinranch@gmail.com is best.
