I am not a honda fan at all, but from what I hear and see, they are good motors. I think toyotas are better, but that is my opinion. My pops had 1 first gen with over 300k when he smogged it and sold it, 1 second gen with over 350k, and another with over 400k. I would definitely keep an eye on this swap though. It would be interesting to see if you go with it.
