Still at 230 pounds.  I want to get bigger and an this is difficult.  Tomorrow I am starting a different work out routine that I did to get big in the first place.  It sucks because you are working out so hard, that in this cold 5am weather, you sweat like crazy.  I will reach my 260 pounds this year though. :muscles:
