If your going to take a protein supplement I would recommend ISOpure. Has alot of GOOD proteins in it, also plan on taking protein prior to a workout or for you... if you plan on doing alot of work on the rig (since this is still burning calories)

I'm down 16 lbs and my weight usually fluxuates about 4 lbs a day up and down.. depending on the time of day.
