even through the holidays lately along with fast meals so i can get my 4runner done, ive still lost 11lbs in about 3 weeks. Pretty stoked about that.
I know its not necessarily the best way but ive been drinking this protein drink/meal supplement in the mornings and sometimes for lunch. It still has all the amino acids, and everything needed that a regular meal would have, plus a lot of protein, and it actually fills me up too for a few hours. I think its helping out for me. Its pretty pricy but it works well IMO.
