 Anyone try the Paleo diet?  basically eating things that are in season, portion size... very few limited foods..

I picked up a book last night @ Barnes and Noble called "Everyday Paleo"  was one of the best sellers, gonna give it a try and see how it goes. I've lost 16 lbs thus far but probably gained a few back because my wife decided to take me to Cheese Cake Factory for dinner last night. NO! I didn't have any Cheesecake.... but that burger sure was gooooooooooood... I felt bad afterwards.. lol
