this, buy a triple stick, dont cut anything on it if possible, again I think you should keep that thing like it is man, im sure someone would give you a built runner already done for it. In the end though, its your truck, and you should do what you want
You make a really good point. I have definately grappled with whether to keep it stock (even getting the original 15 inch rims, returning the stock radio (would make it eligible for collector plates) and just enjoying it.
The other part of me as originally planned was to pick up a clean 4runner and make a really clean capable build unit to use on the weekends, not a bush thrasher.
I originally started planning for this back about a year and a half ago when I decided to sell the old BJ42 landcruiser I had. Thing just had way too much rust on body and frame was absolutely toast. I can't stand rust and wanted to get something very clean.
