holy crap. keep that thing how it is, and buy a built rig PLEASE. That thing is nice, and those are hard to find now.

Otherwise, for a clean build, I dont see the r10 hurting anything, although he shifter itself will sit at 10 degrees, and you may be cutting into the floor board more
