http://uscomposites.com/foam.html for those holes you wanna plug, expanding foam. It will fill any and every void where you pour it. Its the same stuff they use on mythbusters alot.
Thanks for the link! The only thing is you have to pour it in. Might be kind of hard for the area I'm trying to do. Have you used it before?
