This thread intrigued me to start eating better. Yesterday evening I went and bought a bunch of low/no carb foods and started last night on eating better/less/more(meals that is). My goal is to lose body fat obviously...hopefully i can stay around this weight but less body weight.
Ive got to say though, it fully sucks cutting carbs out of your diet when they are ALWAYS in it. I love pasta and bread and all that but cutting as much of those out of my diet that I had, sucks. Well see how this lasts. So far my plan is a lot of chicken, apples, Odwalla super food (original) and rice. Kinda going with the flow on what ill be eating but definitely no more rockstars (also sucks!) and more meals.
