Here is my diet, drink as much beer and I want, eat anything I want and as much as I want, never workout and I always look like Ive been hitting the gym.
unfortunately this doesn't work for 90% of society.... glad it's so easy for you.
this morning consisted of plain oatmeal (gag) and a fresh smoothie made w/ organic pineapple juice and fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. i've got 1/4 cup of roasted soynuts for snack before lunch, they're actually pretty good and good for you... just real dry.. gotta drink water while you eat 'em.
