I'm not too positive but isn't eating after 7-8pm (depending on when you go to bed) not necessarily good for loosing weight? That's what I have been told anyway.

Female prespective im gonna put my :twocents: in!!! Yes eating after 8pm is NOT good!! Your body cant burn the bad fats while ur resting. Eating anything before bedtime is no good for u!! Also, like what most said on here, just watching what u eat and how much u eat works great for diets! Exercise but u dont have to go over board with it! Water water water!!! And counting calories always helps! Natural/organic foods are better but more expensive. Okay im done putting my two cents in!!! Take is as u will from a mom of 3 boys who weights 120lbs!!! LOL
