as of today i've lost 10 lbs, I got P90X for free from my parents. It was sitting in their closet collecting dust. I did the cardio workout on the first video "bring it" it was a good start to the morning.
Simmered some chicken breast's last night in chicken stock, onions, garlic until it was fork tender. Topped off with 1oz of goat cheese and "Drews" salsa, 2 tbsp is only 10 calories! along with a 1/4 cup of brown rice.
Got around 60 grams of protein and the chicken was good.
