I remember a couple years back before I started working out, ate like a bird, I weighed about 165 pounds. Couple years later, and eating throughout the day and working out 6 days a week, at least an hour or so a day. If I am bored, I'll work out 2 times a day. I am up to 230 pounds as of now, trying to get to 260. I got tired of being the little guy. Being 6 feet tall, I want to reach 260 by the end of 2012, that's my new year's resolution.
