at 8am i eat 1 bowl of granola cerel
at 10 am i goto the gym train really heavy for 1hr 15min (15min treadmill or bike 45min heavy lifting which includes flipping a tractor tire and not taking anyy rest breaks than 15min tradmill or bike)
at noon i take an 10 min nap than have a pb&j sandwich
2pm have a chicken sandwich or a big salad with a couple for cans of tuna
4pm have a piece of fruit for a snack
6pm have a healthy dinner
at 9pm another pb&j sandwich
but twice a month i get an adjustment from the chiropractor
been doing this ever since i tipped th scales at 530lbs in 99 and now im down to 280 in 2011
but remeber play around with diet and exercise till something works for you
