If you exercise regularly, you will raise your standing metabolism, the same as eating multiple small meals. When exercising, you do burn calories, but you burn far more during a normal day, standing metabolism.

I work out every other day, I do 123 5 count jogging burpees, and 20 sets of 20 pull ups, not chin ups, varying arm spread each set. I have never needed to do anything else. I stay consistent between 150-165 lbs, 165 being during dead winter. Ive been at it since i was 16.

I eat horribly, never breakfast, always at night. Its bad for you yeh, but im stuck in habit.
